Hi John,

 

I know it's a long shot but my mate has now decided to accompany me. Is it too late for him to pay as an extra driver in my car? If so is he ok as a passenger so long as he has the cotton boiler suit and helmet?

 

Also my motorcycle helmet has a ridge around the back of it, is this acceptable or not?
