Hi All, spotted this on EBay, at first glance does not look to bad, but the got to thinking "Funny Looking Zero" missing some steel chassis?

Also 99% finished but no tax or mot implying its been on the road!, sure there will be people out there that will give the heads up on whether people should be warned. (For the Over Trusting Out There)
