hi just aquired a ka servo and was wondering how people have adapted to fit sierra pedal box and split the brake pipes as the ka has only two outlets.

Fitted Ka master cylinder but not the servo;brakes are fine without as Ka M/C piston is smaller diameter. The M/C we fitted had 3 outlets but they were in reverse order to those on Sierra M/C.

Forgot to say --If fitting Ka M/C in place of Sierra's the mounting needs to be re-drilled to get reservoir level & we also needed to fit a tapered wedge between pedal box & M/C as the Ka unit is at a different angle;push rod would not be operating in straight line if left un-altered.

Sorry no drawings;from memory the Ka M/C base plate is the same as Sierra but needs to be rotated about 15 degrees clock-wise to level the resevoir crossways. The wedge was made from 6mm ally tapered to nothing over the height of the mounting plate & the pedal push-rod was turned up from 10mm silver steel reduced to fit pedal plastic ball & M/C recess;sorry can't recall any more & it's buried in the footwell now.

Your pedal box angle may be different so check carefully.
