Any Recommendations For A £100 Car

My crazy brother in law has decided when he gets back from his round the world travelling that he and a friend want to

take part in the Timbuktu rally, whereby they buy a car for £100 ish and drive to Timbuktu from the UK, then donate the car to local folk.

Now here`s the fun part.... Neither of them know the first thing about cars and are pretty bad drivers taboot.

Anyway they are going to do it regardless so my question is

What car would be your choice, bearing in mind it has to cost around £100 and be able to make it to Timbuktu?

Your all wrong, lol,

I attend and collectively see over 20,000 breakdowns a year, have been in the breakdown business for 8 years and have never seen a Nissan micra fail for anything other than a flat battery or flat tyre both of which are human induced!!!!!

so my money would be on a Nissan micra, if you can handle the social abuse while driving it
