We are planning Bob & Sylvia Fry's (Florin Metal Works) RHOCaR Kit & Classic Car Show, BBQ and camping weekend at their home in Salisbury on 22nd 23rd & 24th June in aid of raising funds for a RHOCaR supported charity. Normal fun and games are in the planning stages Evening entertainment and ticket prices TBC - we're hoping to keep prices in line with last year's event Please register your interest by adding your names to the list below. no commitment is required at present - we would just like a show of hands. Tickets are now available for this years "Kits & Classics BBQ" We wish to run the main day's events as last year - gather on Friday & pitch camp with evening meal at local pub (different to last year) Saturday is the main day - run round local area (please offer passenger places if available) cars displayed in arena with local classics. Lunch provided then fun & games building & running/flying your creation. BBQ in evening with live group or Disco (subject to numbers) Sunday do whatever you wish & go home whenever; as last year there will be a portaloo & ratchet strap available. The price of £15 per adult (children free) for the week-end covers camping,car show, all day tea/coffee & lunch/BBQ on the Saturday. We can now confirm the booking of a disco for the Saturday evening & the all day tea/coffee plus lunch & BBQ price is £15. Children are free ( there will be one waiting for when you go home -- more personal than a doggy bag we feel)

Camping also is free,bring your own tent & hot water bottle. (Except J & C who will be glamping)

Need to know numbers for the Friday evening pub meal, so I can book sufficient tables/troughs.
