Stop playing with weedy V8's and Cosworth engines and put one of these in your 2B

 

Interesting :)

 

But please post pictures of the engine before you take the 2B for a test run so we can talk about you at your funeral... :(

If anyone builds one of them engines I would probably pay to see it :D

 

Anyone interested? (After I finish my 2B I know what I will try :unsure:

Guys,

 

These things are being built in large numbers right now.....

to power model jet aircraft.

Some loony has already put one on a bike, another one on a go-kart.

 

They use the turbine blade from a turbocharger, then add

a hand turned compressor blade, and a combustion chamber.

A 5" diameter jet produces over 30 pounds of thrust, at 120,000 rpm

and will fly a seven foot wingspan jet model at 230mph......all on diesel fuel.

A kit of parts is available at £999 Inc VAT.....
