Guage Placement

Hi,

I am fitting a grp dash as supplied by GBSC and i am trying to decide where to fit the guages. Does anyone know whether the iva test requires the speedo to be visible behind the steering wheel? I would like to fit the speedo central and have the guages to the left and right is this ok?

I think you just have to be able to see all indicators clearly. If you see what some dashboards look like

 

(I have checked the IVA manual and there doesn't appear to be any statutory location for instruments.)
