Coding on Ford springs is by colour ,there is no inf in haynes I would imaginecustomer services may be able to help ? but don't rely on it.There are ways of calculating it but if you are going for coil overs why bother? ,I run with std seirra springs and gaz dampers its not perfect but for road use adequate .HTH mowerman mick

ask mark b nicely he has a local supplier of springs.good quality and price.

 

the ride is much better now for me with 350 on.only bottomed out once. ive raised the ride height too as it was increasing rear camber when low

and making it skip on bumps.
