Anyone had any dealings? My experience started really well after buying two GRP seats and pads. Really polite and fantastic service...They arrived today and that's where things have gone wrong.

Hairline crack, split pads, wrong pads, missing adhesive! Pictures attached, please confirm the shoulder blade pads are wrong?!? Or am I going mad?

 

I'll update on how they deal with these issues.

I must admit I have had bits off them myself and never had a problem, some of the bits where half the price of other retailers for exactly the same product.

Replacement parts sent today, totally the wrong bits though! 10/10 for effort but not the bits I need!

Not used these, but www.kitcardirect.co.uk for some new wheels.

 

Excellant prices and service. I found it best to speak to him as he can help with the prices also.

Ordered some new arches from these guys before I went away, couldn't pay by card on the site, sent a cheque, not been cashed, emails bounce back and phone lines dead.

Anyone heard anything on if they've stopped trading?
