Sump, That Was Close!

The last time we took the car out we had that horrible scraping sound caused by a large camber in the lane we were driving down (and a tractor coming towards us!).

Still, it was a good prompt to fit the Scholar sump I purchased from a member a while ago (was going to get round to it over the winter, honest).

 

Thankfully, there was no loss of oil pressure, so I thought that it was something else we had scraped under the car. How wrong I was!!

Big big thanks to Rob, (Robinj66) for his help yesterday :good: , without his far superior welding skills (compared to mine anyway) and calming influence, this job and a couple of others, would not have been completed yesterday.
