Make yourself a wooden one with Marine ply and line it with rubber or fibreglass.

yeah seems expensive for a bath. In fact any reason you can't use a bath?

 

not sure what chemicals are used but you could also look at agricultural supplies as i'm sure you can buy water/feed tanks that would be cheaper.

Thought of that but not sure how long it would stay waterproof with it warming up and cooling down all the time

If its made of stainless then there will be cost involved as i have found with building my brewery. how big do you need? my brewery has a 100litre stainless boiler that is approx 500mm high by 500mm diameter cost about £130 to make

ive been getting into my homebrew in a big way lately so would nice if I could make a lot in one batch!

Could do with being about 2000 x 1000 and about 500mm deep. Not sure about temp but it needs to get warm. Only chemicals used is a primer. A friend who knows what he's doing has asked me to go shares on a business project. ... (hhmmmm a brewery you say? ) .......

Dipping is good fun but before you go spending big money have you tried doing it on a small scale

To get consistent results you need the right stuff. Temp timing materials .oh and techniques are critical.

I am sure there is good business to be had just don't jump at it. Quite big in the states lots of info
