Rear Half Shafts

This is a question I should know, but my mind has gone blank (I blame computers!)

The nut on the end of the rear half shafts (rear disc brake version) is it anticlockwise on the driver's side and clockwise on the offside? or the other way round?

Thanks

G

I'd be supprised if you can undo it like that! The usual way is to fit the wheels and with the car on the ground and breaks full on even then it can require further chocks.
