So that registration plate is still a Ford Sierra, shame it looks like a properly registered kit car Hope no one falls for it

In all fairness to the seller he does say "not on the road" in the listing.

In the title it says "ready for cert"

So probably not transparent but it is there for all to see if they look.

He has been trying to sell this since before xmas it started out at £2600 and has gradually been reduced as he has had no takers, It had passed a mot on the sierra plates and was being used on the road, Could be worth a look if some-one knew that it wasn't road legal.

in 1 photo looks like a tax disc bottom left also its done 851 miles so must have done a bit on road

He probably means it "not on the road" as SORNed and "needs a cert" meaning an MOT ...

 

You would need to check the V5 to see if it has been properly registered though.

He said he motd it when finished, taxed it as sierra and drove it til someone pointed out he needed iva.

Says it works fine.
