What Radiator

i have fitted polo rad in the nose cone part so yes a polo will fit you just need to extend the rad hoses and make fixing brackets for the rad couple of hour taking you time.hth here is a pic the red lines are the mount bracket mount ing places and the blue the rad just measure and measure again to make fit it in the right place,i put the nose cone on and held it in place to see where was best for rad and its tight but does fit.

This car fights me all the way the polo radiator is too wide to fit between the engine and the front of the chassis by about 30mm the max width is 500mm

 

the nose cone is even narrower

 

Does anybody know what are the dimensions of the Cortina radiator are.

I'll measure the one I'm taking out will let you know later [ I'm fitting an alloy escort rs2000 rad in an s7 ] HTH mowerman :crazy:
