rushed down to aldi today to purchase the compressor and package no compressor they hadn't arrived due to a fault found on them ah well just have to wait

Saw compressors in Costco for about a ton with tools.

I know what you mean, a compressor will be a really useful tool to have even though you've never needed one before. Still might just get one, bonus payment coming soon.:-)

One thing I found with the compressor is that they all seem to come with Euro fittings and not pcl type which aren't compatible.

 

But, yes, once you have one, you find spraying with guns much better than any can, air riveters nibblers etc.

 

Be wary of tools that require lots of air though, shot blast mentioned somewhere. They work, but you have to wait between tank refills etc.

 

Oh, and you can blow up your tyres, bicycle tyres and any mates who happen to need their caravan tyres topped up ...

Went into my Local Aldi on Saturday and they had put them on sale - had about 10 out on the shop floor when I went in so worth popping along if you still want one!
