All Weather Gear

Hi All,

Is there any way to tell the difference between the 2B and superspec wet weather gear? The reason I ask is, I have just come to try and fit the gear and find that if I fit it to the windscreen, I can't get it to reach the back, to pop it on and visa versa. I know my windscreen is in the right place, as any closer and the de-mist would be on the outside!

I have checked out some links on here to make sure I have fitted the frame correctly and that seems to be ok. If I start cutting the frame about, my concern would be that it won't go over the roll bar.

Will try and add some photos, but any help at this point would be great.

IIRC they are one and the same.

Have you got your windscreen to upright? try rotating it back slightly, they are very very tight to fit.

I never put the loop up until the roof is on then I sit in side the car and tension the roof with the hoop if that makes sense.

The key is door position

It can only go back so far then it hits the rear arch

If roof is tight then shift screen supports back a knats, you can slot the holes

I didn't put screen on until I wanted to fit wet weather gear

Then lots of masking tape
