Just been up to GBS to take locking wheel nut remover and work has already started. The chasis has been repaired, new fuel tank is in, back panel is made and being fitted and whilst I was there two new wheel arches arrived. May have it back by next weekend. An impressive service from GBS all round.

Modify engine mounts to lower engine ( give supercharger clearance on bonnet.

Finish wiring wipers/ washers

Fit wipers

Refit scuttle

Refit bonnet

Make new mesh for bonnet

Modify chassis around diff to strengthen for the increased torque loading

Rebuild boot

Plumb in and fit new oil pressure gauge

Refit dash

Modify floor panel to give better foot clearance on pedals

Fit new headlamps

Ooh nearly forgot the rolling road session to finish engine mapping

Then I should be somewhere near.... God that sound a big list.. Need to get it done and shaken down before hand

My list,

get clutch working

fit new ignition

get rebuilt engine all plumbed, connected and running

Dyno tune to sort new cams

fit seats

mot

then try and put a thousand shake down miles on, while trying to complete that little lot work 12hrs a day 6days a week :(

Mine has 2.0 zetec engine to fit (1.8 is out atleast) then rolling road tune, mot due, brake fluid to change, bonnet and nose cone to finish and respray.... Or I could just jump in the mazda, roof down and heater on
