ok guys hot of the press. the Dunollie hotel skye has rooms available for the 19th or the 20th depending which way we head to Skye the prices are £60 for a twin room B/B(£30 per person) or £90 for a twin Dinner/B/B if you want a double room for yourself it will be £60 or £90 . I have provisionally booked 10 rooms and have a booking reference for these so individuals can phone up and reserve themselves.

We really need to get a firm commitment to who all wants to go on this trip.

My rough Day 2 plans thus far;

Stage One; Helensburgh to Kinlochleven https://goo.gl/maps/jKR6N

Lunch here maybe http://www.lochlevenseafoodcafe.co.uk/

Stage two; Kinlochleven to our undecided digs for the night via one of three routes;

1. To Mallaig ferry, 65 miles 1hr 38mins, last depart 4pm https://goo.gl/maps/aofZn

2. To Glenelg ferry crossing http://www.skyeferry.co.uk/service.html, 88 miles, 2hr 17mins, last departure 6pm https://goo.gl/maps/VfwLA

3. To infinity via the long way round https://goo.gl/maps/7HbZr

I have spoken to the http://www.sligachan.co.uk/sligachan-hotel.php located https://goo.gl/maps/BRjAo

She has a wealth of rooms available from hostel style dorms to more luxurious superior rooms, a large carpark, food to 9pm and a bar stocking allegedly 300+ whiskeys!!!!!!

Right after some discussion with Keith. The over night stop in Skye will be the Dunollie hotel I have reserved 10 rooms the reservation number is 62700. It will be upto the individual to book there rooms this is better to to be done sooner rather than later. They won't hold the rooms indefinitely. so this trip now does need a firm commitment. If you are quite happy to share a twin room organise this between yourselves to get the cheaper deal of £30 each or £45 depending if you want b+b or d/b+b.

Can I confirm the rough itinerary of stop-overs:

18/4/15 Travelodge Helensburgh Seafront Hotel - 112-117 West Clyde St. Helensburgh G84 8ES

19/4/15 Dunollie hotel Portree, Isle of Skye

20/4/15 Premier Inn Inverness East, Beechwood Business Park, Inverness, IV2 3BW

21/4/15 Premier Inn 4-12 Whimbrel Place, Fife Leisure Park, Dunfermline KY11 8EX

Just want to make sure I have the right places on the right nights (would be embarrassing otherwise). For example there are 4 Travelodges in Inverness.

Thanks
