Well!

Went to the Ostrich last night. Some great food going on. Apparently they do change the menu, but will be keeping the triple bypass burger

which makes me a happy man. Also there is, a eat 2 monster type burgers and get a free pint and a certificate. That would be a hell of a challenge.

Landlady was nice as can be, and there is more than enough space on the fields adjoining the pub for a kit car rally.

Depending where you come from, the country lanes are very challenging

 

It`s going to be a great weekend.

That's great - it doesn't clash with Peterborough Car Show, which is on 5th-6th September - just realised that could have been a possible End of Season Bash date/venue (maybe another year) as they have overnight camping/caravans, live bands, food stalls, etc etc. - and no charge for entry!!!
