Copper Brake Pipes

Annealing is the way to go. It takes copper back to its original state, but do not quench it. Smal brake pipes cool quickly anyway.

Copper also gets work hardened by continuous bending in the same place continually, or by vibration. Hence why you should anneal before working it. Bending tools are as cheap as chips on eBay and well woth getting. Last but not least, form double flares before bending as May not be able to use flaring tool near a tight bend.
