When completely finished with them, if they are still in your possession and not with trading standards, I would make sure they were cut up so nobody else can try to use them.

Yes, contact trading standards as these are potentially dangerous and leave the problem (and the stands) with them.

 

Send all receipts etc to them as well. If they have enough evidence that these should not be on sale, they will get them pulled.

Indeed, I've reported them on ebay and see what their outcome is.

 

Going to drop a message to trading standards too, see what they make of them. Apparently these are GS TUV marked (German I believe?) so a bit worrying really!

Probably copies and stamped by the makers.

eBay don't usually help as you are buying from the seller. They are only introducing them to buyers.

Just an idea. Maybe of you could post a video of them doing their thing before you dispense with them, that might warn people more vividly?
