My dear wife has decided she wants the interesting reg number off my S7,to go on her audi (yak) . I'm not bothered about private plate so she can have it . Anyone know how it's done and can I just buy a number for the s7 off dvla ?.

You need to go on the dvla site and fill in the form.and post it to them. I am doing this at the moment for the gtm . Because there kits you can't do it online.. they will then issue the hood with a new age related ( to the doner car) plate .Takes around 10- 14 days and costs 80 to retain. It should be straightforward to put it on the Audi ...

Ps did I see it outside the arcade in bispham last night .. looking good

Thanks I'll do that , yer I had a run up to bispham a few of my friends have hot rods so I tend to go to the cruise meets . Car gets well received at meets, but it could be just who's this looney with no doors or roof in the freezing cold
