I'm looking forwards to a trip with your thorough bred cars built on the edge of tolerance to maximize performance and handling. I myself have to wrestle with the choice of taking one or two camping chairs to go with the picnic basket and plastic backed tartan rug.

Started thinking about satnav routes

I think this is the plan

 

Dan and Simon will be meeting up on the M1 somewhere after Jct 28 and going via M18 to A1 then to Ferrybridge.

 

I will go straight up the A1 to Ferrybridge keeping an eye out after M18 junction for the others .

 

At Ferrybridge we will meet up with Terry.

 

We will then all travel as a convoy to Penrith via A1 and A66 where if we can time it right we can meet up with the Convoy from Stafford.

 

Phil take your pick of M1 to meet Dan and Si or A1 and meet me.
