Kit Spares Web Site? Help

Hi all, we are still working throughout the registration process here in the colonies (Ontario,Canada) and I've been trying to get a Robin Hood registration plate from Kit Spares web site...I've sent several emails and tried to purchase from their web site with no luck..they don't even answer my email...are they still a viable business? their web site seems to change on a regular basis...maybe they don't ship out of GB? anyone help?

Hi Dendeel, yes there are certainly times when you feel that you are out there with no help, but as CMA points out the norm is to go and visit them. That gets results, but not an option for folk in the colonies... at least you do not get reminded about the ships and thieves and rascals all the time!

 

Knights_templar has given you the links, but it did occur to me that you may not have established an account on the Kit Spares site and so may not be able to order the right item without an account. I must say I have never had any trouble actually ordering items on the site, and the delivery time has been excellent.

Mentioned it to them today, they are going to look for your emails, but they say their "system" says there is nothing outstanding, don,t trust "systems" myself, would try again.

Unfortunately I've always found kit spares customer service to be poor.

I guess I'm lucky living 20 mins or less away from Gbs when I needed any thing I would visit them and would recomend this especialy if its any thing of the wall ! mick
