Fire Pit

Inspired by Stoneleigh, I have spent an hour knocking up my own variant.

 

Drill night tonight, but should get maiden burn tomorrow.

 

What does your 'artisan' fire pit look like?

Washing machine drum, yeah? My sister has that (without the high-tech legs) and it works amazingly well.

 

I bought a cheap item which is just a big bowl on (wobbly) legs.

 

 

 

Works OK...biggest problem is me, I'm useless at getting a fire started..

How did you manage to forget the bottle holder to save it getting spilt.

Discovered wok fits a treat on the top. Got very hot and perfect for hot beef sandwiches.

I usually hold the bottle myself with both hands to make sure i dont spill it..and the one on bbq is emty one

I did order budweiser bottle opener from ebay like bars the one u bolt at the counter or wall...i upgrade that all the time..few years time it will be some bbq...
