Both right, they are marine vents, I got mine off ebay and I think there was a choice of sizes. Fairly cheap too.

I got plastic ones and painted them to match. A bit different and cheaper.

As above; search eBay boat vents/ louvres, marine vents/louvres. I was lucky, got 2 large and 2 small used ones for about £10. Boat owner had fitted them, didn't like them and stuck them up on eBay. Nobody bid except me.
