i had this problem and turned out to be hazard switch was sticking in between so it wasnt on and it wasnt off drove me nuts until the switch shat its self and self distructed once changed ive not had a problem

its a brand new switch,it sould not be sticking.

what stalks are you using if its a sierra make sure you got the right mk1 or mk2 as the old owner of mine put a mk2 stalk on when the wiring was mk1 it kind of works but not correct

If not all fitted up dead central the haz switch always sticks between yes and no.

Mine didn't work after a famous kit car company fitted a new dash for me.

It worked when I took it off and wired it up so refitted carefully and has been 100'/, since.

Found my relay under dash about central.

If you can hear it clicking you can find it by feeling around the clicking area.

that sounds like it might be the problem. will check it out
