Just want to throw one in there. Who is using a rising rate fuel pressure regulator? I understand when the vacuum changes to

pressure in the inlet manifold when the throttle is opened and boost takes over. This causes the fuel pressure to go up causing the injectors to flow more. Not saying this could be the problem but might be worth thinking about

Turbo and carbs had rising rate FPRs.

You should have as standard a 3bar regulator and ecu would be mapped to this pressure. (Some are slightly adjustable).

They will be rising rate based on a base pressure. Standard being 3bar. The vacum pipe and internals work together to maintain fuel pressure appropriate for load conditions.
