Ye both went well small issue with exhaust leak left Dean down on power but a nice day fix for him. Both set ups are the same or than exhaust and exhaust manifolds

What revs was peak torque and peak bhp at?

Now you just need to get the power on the ground, i had to put a taller diff and ATB in mine combined with v6 type9. Now pulls 65mph in 2nd, feels slower but is faster. Standard rd tyres wouldn't grip either had to go for toyo r1r.

Im guessing and correct me if im wrong, are you looking at around 200 bhp at 5252 revs. Maybe more?

If you click the image it enlarges them. Torque figures aren't on there which is a shame. Dan I got a 3.38 LSD to fit at some point to help with the gearing and got good tyres a few months ago (Uniroyal rain sport 3) grip like crazy

I had pilot sport 3 which when NA were great once boosted I was spinning up in 3rd, might be the amount of torque I have so low down that does it, wait till you drive it you have created a monster

Graph shows mph at the bottom rather than rpm.

been at it all day today inlet valves replaced nearly finished building it back up inlet plenum on tomorrow change the injectors then wire fan into ecu and nearly there just got to figure how i am going to do the bonnet

Hi guys some serious numbers there, are you running forged internals, when I was running running a 205 bhp on a new zetec black top (naturally aspirated) I noticed a drop in power over time, did a compression test found it to be down, it turned out to be 2 bent con rods. I think anything over 180 bhp starts to bend them it's only a matter of time on standard internals.

The ST170 bottom end they are using has stronger rods than a standard zetec.

How much stronger though 5-10% ? Nothing like the 75% gain they have made, I'd be looking for aftermarket, it's easy to obtain con rods rated at 250 bhp per rod nowadays.

Ill be alright as I am Ive seen a lot of people do this and they all seem to be ok Ive also been told by the company that mapped my car that they are good for about 280 bhp
