New dash mdf template done just got to level the piece in middle as cut to much off there but basicaky there

Whats the best to make it out of marine ply what thicknes

6 mm oil tempered hardboard in Florin --- no grain structure to worry about & much better IMO than this modern mdf stuff.

Decided to shorten gearstick so can bring dash lower template 2 tonight

Marine ply would be a good choice....its wet & weather proof.

At moment i have header tank with bottom outlet and an overflow outlet fitted front of engine want to move to bulkhead now sierra heater blower gone

It was plumbed overflow to overflow on rad

Botton t pieced into smaller top water pump housing

What i want to know is could i put bottom of header tank t pieced into pipe from inlet before goes into heater as would keep everything tidier or should i plumb into bottom rad hose

We had a gle350d as a hire car over Christmas, was superb.

Yeah just had one for a couple of days the wife loved it torn between the 2

Okay covered the tunnel today with vinyl and sat heater in place

Dash now done ready for clocks wife helped finally converting her she now calls it our kit car

Made a box to fit fuseboxes relays and now megajolt thanks for tips on electrics post will have a covered front on when done picture sideways for some reason
