hi. has anyone wired in a hazard light motor sport switch from CBS.

 

i have attached photos which i hope will help people identify it. It will be wired up to a premier wiring loom.

 

I have already gone through 2 relays and would like to get my indicators working.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
