starter motor

 

zetec sump (Shortened)

 

Spiggot bearing

 

Alternator and mountings

 

Engine

 

Zetec inlet manifold for your bike carbs assuming you are sticking with them

 

*bleep* Plate between engine and gearbox (Retro ford)

 

Water rail not required if original zetec thermostat housing will fit (Its at the back of the engine. On the Zero Its fine But 2B is an issue not sure on yours

 

Depending on what clutch you are going to run (Zetec clutch will require the pivot pin replacing) Pinto clutch will require a modified flywheel

Changing pinto out

Going for pinto clutch new flywheel

think going to need water rail which one is best

I like duratec would be better to keep exhaust same side but the belhousing etc and finding a good engine at right money

1.8 zetec clutch and pressure plate is marginal at about 160bhp. Some slip, some don't. I had two slip on my blacktop. Drilling the 1.8 zetec fly for a 2.0 pinto pressure plate and using an organic disc (plus using the pinto release bearing CCT132) has easily taken 200bhp for the last 5 years on mine.
