Hi all.

As it is only 7 weeks to the show,  Do we know if we can occupy the old field or do we go where we were last year?

Have we entered into a coversation with the organisers to see if we can return our home plot.

Yours hopefully

What pass will we need to be on the club stand. Hoping to make this on the Sunday will be the first show with the kit from completing the build.

No pass required if you come in a kit. Driver gets in free and passengers are charged a tenner. Once we actually know where the stand is going to be, we'll let everyone know and they just need to head there and park up. The stand will be well marked with club branded banners and flags.

Cheers Richy I did attend the year before last so if the pitch is going to be the same place I have a rough idea. Cheers

Any update on this? In the new edition of complete kit car it has Rhocar in block 73J, i can only find a plot 73 so i assume they break it up into smaller lots.

Looks to be opposite the "Grand ring"

According to the show guide there will be 10 clubs in Area 73 including ourselves. This might be a good opportunity to try and recruit additional members.

That's a slightly different one to the map shown on the Stoneleigh website.  73 is shown only as a small area on that one

The new access road that runs to the right of the site is actually the route of HS2, hence the need to move us from our regular pitch.

I will be there early on the Saturday to help set up and will try and make sure our stand is easy to spot.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there and if people can put an info sheet on their car I'd appreciate it.

Hi to you all I did not realise that the site had been cut down already, Are there any major road diversions in place which would make the journey a lot longer for southbound travelers.

I would hope to be there early afternoon to help if I can. Do we have a designated camping ground or are still waiting for a response from the organisers on this.

I hope that the weather is good to us and hope that you all have a safe trip.

There shouldn't be any diversions or disruption on account of the HS2 work. Regards camping we're waiting for @keith kelly to give detail, Normally there's a general camping area and we try and bag a good bit early on Saturday.

Keith
