How do I attach a photo

Click choose files at the bottom of the post box and select the picture to upload

 

Once uploaded click the preview of the photo to add to your post

Thank you but it keeps saying the file is too big. It’s just a photo on my phone which I desperately need to ask advice on from you guys!

Phone pictures run to about 3-4 Mb so they exceed the 1Mb limit.   You need to resize them to get the file size lower.    Lots of way of doing that, just Google it.

Vaughan one of the easiest ways to resize photos is to send them by email back to your email address. It will ask what size you from keep original, 75% etc. Then save it back in your photo album/folder then upload to this site.
