Any biggies jump out why it couldn't be IVA'd?

Yes, sliding pillar.

Not big but radius on the lower edge of the dash, front indicators further than 400mm from the widest point and mirrors probably too small and too low.

Would probably IVA fairly easily if you intend registering on a Q plate.

Worth checking inner lower seatbelt mount too as there wasn’t a factory point for them.
