Zetec water rails.

I've got a side project on at the moment putting a silvertop Zetec in to a Hillman Avenger. I know I'm probably going to need a different water rail so I'd be interested to see how much they protrude from the back of the cylinder head just to get some idea of how this will affect the engine position. 

Pictures, measurements and type of water rail would be helpful.
