Just a bit of info. for anyone thinking of buying blinds.

We have bought vertical, venetian, roman & shutter blinds from Blinds2go over the last couple of years and been very happy with the blinds.  However our last purchase of verticals for a bay window arrived damaged due to poor packing.  We contacted Blins2go immediately, expecting their after-sales service to sort out the problem but the response was a joke, taking 8 days before we got a reply. From there it went down bank and we were even asked to repair them ourselves. We have spent 5 weeks being fobbed off but fortunately we bought through PayPal and raised a case with them - result, we finally got a refund today.  It would seem that we are not the only ones to get this treatment - lot's of people are saying they're not interested if you have a problem and it appears that they would rather lose a customer than resolve the issue .  We have previously spent thousands of pounds with Blinds2go but never again. I'm also worried about what would happen if we ever have a warranty claim with our previous purchases?

I think we're probably going to try a local company we have used before but we'd appreciate any recommends you have.

Steve
