Radiator leak

Hi all,

Pic attached of the leaking part on my rad. Do you think this is repairable?

If not, can anyone recommend a suitable replacement?

From the picture it looks like a crack in the header tank plastic casting.

Grind a V part way through.

Clean, Clean, Clean.

Dry,  Dry, Dry.

Fill with PU adhesive sealant, e.g https://www.easycomposites.co.uk/pu18-black-flexible-polyurethane-adhesive-sealant

Allow to set.

Top up coolant and drive.

Lewis, I have an old stock new radiator that came with our 2B kit. By the looks of the right angle connection on yours it is probably the same (cortina?). I’ll try to get you a picture later in the week in case you are interested in it as a replacement.
