Rear GRP arches for a 2B

Hi all, seen these on Facebook, I’m being told there for a 2B…. How will I know if they are or not, thanks in advance

The curved edge below the tape measure in the first photo matches the curve in the side panel in front of the wheel.

Depending on how your side panels were fitted, you might get some small gapping here.

On a similar topic - does anyone have any experience of fitting ‘monocoque’ fibreglass RH rear wings to a 2B? There’s a 2B for sale on gumtree showing the wrap around rear wings/quarters so I wondered if anyone knows how well they fit to the 2B chassis?

The won't fit, they don't have a down turned flange to mount to the side panel.

So the yellow rear arches pictured won’t fit a 2b?

Yellow should fit. Green should be symmetrically opposite. The fact it looks to fit around the yellow one suggests it might not be, so needs checking carefully.

Blue won't unless you fitted the complete panel in place of the original metal panels which is likely to be a big job.

I think the early 2Bs had the monocoque rear wings.
