Terms of Reference for Club officials

When I was thinking of volunteering to be the Club Membership Secretary, I initially did not know what was involved and had to talk to my predecessor.  As a result, I thought it might be useful to produce some Terms of Reference for the Club Committee Members and Area Secretaries so that any future volunteers could get an idea of what was involved and the time required.   So a copy of the TORs is attached.  Hope you find them useful.
