  1. Just wanted to reiterate what has already been said generally 3m is max distance from service head to consumer unit via meter, but this is all down to local DNO regulations/recommendations. Any significant alterations to electrical installations require building regulations notification. This includes any works to speacial locations i.e. bathroom and kitchen. Basically in a nutshell anything other than changing a light fitting or socket require building regulations approval, easiest method is normally an electrician who can self certify i.e. Part P but there are other ways
  2. Hi, both my uncle and I have used these on our dash loom http://www.polevolt.co.uk/acatalog/Mulitple_Connectors.html Just select how many ways you require and then add appropriate terminals Jack
  3. I have a sierra steering wheel if you are interested? I may even be able to drop it off to you some time this week.

    Introduction

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. I have been following the forum for a couple of years but up until now I haven't posted. I picked up my Zero kit at the end of July 2012 and it passed IVA first time in Norwich on the 11th April 2014. I have to say thanks to everyone on the forum for their collective knowledge it's nice to be able to see what other people have done prior to doing certain bits yourself just to check you have the right idea etc.. Jack
