When I needed the weight of my motorhome I visited a scrap metal place, they weighed my vehicle for free.

I seem to be missing one hell of a party ... will have to 'persuade' my wife to book the February meet and 'rest' dancing for a night!

Thanks for the sensible advice. I do tie it down (usually) though with the paintwork being red, the sun has faded it over the past 14 years and weather has 'pitted' the headlamps, so, to be honest, it looks 'fashionably distressed' ... or does that only apply to furniture?

Would have loved to have joined you for the first time - as a 'new boy' but Wednesday clashes with my wife's dream of enabling me to dance her into the sunset. My mind would like to oblige but my feet appear to want to work independently of my brain! If the 'meet' is always the last Wed of the month, I'll see whether any of my adult children would like an evening out ... oh! ... who will babysit though?! A conundrum - will have to employ 'the little grey cells' ... Look forward to the time I eventually make it and meet all you delightful folk - have an excellent evening.

Experiencing same issues - assumed my keyboard was dyslexic. Also failed to copy word into here - will keep experimenting.

A very good day to one and all. Last August I bought my first 'Seven' and RHOCaR membership had to wait until Christmas in order that my adult children could get me something really worthwhile! I have been really patient and have waited 65 years for this experience. I bought the car to share with my children and their partners in order that we can enjoy the experience of the hoodie together ... whilst I am still here ... looking forward to another 20 odd years ...but who knows! Don't have the luxury of a garage, only waterproof covers - so my car can't compare with all your pristine, beautifully presented vehicles (I'm jealous really). When we meet up, I'll park up 'round the corner' so as not to embarrass any of you! Thanks for this 'club' ... a childhood wish has now come true! p.s. my keyboard has struggled - hope spellings are all OK. All the best to you all for 2014 alanh65
