Hi, We attended this show last year and it was a roaring success, everyone had such a good time. We all arrived on Friday night, had a BBQ and a few beers then on Saturday morning put the cars on the stand, we were invited into the event arena for a bit of a show off and then finished the day with a BBQ on Saturday evening. We then put the cars back on the stand on Sunday morning. We will follow the same format this year and the BBQ seemed to go down well. You are welcome to come for the weekend of just the day. had to open the jets out quite a bit on mine as it needed to be richer think its was around the 180 mark but we run completely different carbs. The difference in power is stupid, was happy before but quite scared now! I know people always bleat on about getting the car rolling roaded, I was one of those that always thought it cant make that much difference but trust me it does. Only increase the BHP from first to last run by about 10BHP but the delivery of power makes a phenomenal difference and its constant. lots of smiles! PS-Looks like I am logged in a becky!!!

Hi All, Its Becky here (Mrs Keith) I finally signed up on the forum and wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that made the weekend such a success. A brilliant turnout of 15 cars on Saturday and 11 on Sunday with most people camping over. We had a lot of interest in the stand and it looked really good with all the bunting etc. A good show with a variety of things to do, not as big as hollowell but it defiantly has the potential to grow (And the space!) Everyone helped and did their bit and it made it a stressfree weekend for all involved. I think this is a definate one for next year. I have a lot of photos to go through and will post them on here later. Again, thanks for everyones support for my first ever arranged event, people have to support these things for them to happen so well done everyone for turning out. thanks Becky (and Keith!)
