  1. Thanks guys, I hoping to come to the event this weekend, so maybe one of you can demonstrate .. Not sure where the main chassis tubes are at the rear .. I'm a bit worried about using the diff as it's not a solid diff, I'm a bit worried about the drive shafts being damaged. You can tell I'm an electrical engineer and not a mechanic Hope to see you at the weekend. Roger
  2. Hi all, Where is the best place for a trolley jack to jack up the rear of the vehicle? And what PSI radiator cap would you need for a Pinto 1.6, I bought a 13PSI one but it seems a lot stronger spring than the original, Maybe the spring has weekend over time, but it is very noticable ... Thx in anticipation: Roger
  3. Hi, Looks good, it appears that this is the only Option, bar buying a second hand loom for £30 plus ... Appreciate you help and link
  4. Hi, Does anyone know where I can find the push on connectors to the LT coil ? and are they called something?? The current ones have been cut back so much, they are making the connecting wires like bajo strings! Cheers Roger
  5. Thanks! I'll try and get my hands on some ..
  6. Hi, I am looking for the colour of the blue paint on my 1989 RH, I've read a few threads, and there seems to be an element of guesswork and confusion out there. Can anyone help?? RG

  8. Hi Chris, This looks just what I am looking for, do you have a PAYPAL account? I can pay you that way, if that suits .. Let me know how much you are looking for and I'll organize. Much appreciated! Roger
  9. Hi, I know, I'm a bit weird like that, LOL. If Rally Chis can send me a photo, then I can organise postage .. I'm in Manchester so a tad difficult to drive to Newbury! Really appreciate the replies and support .. I guess I will have to join the club, 100% approval so far! rOGER
  10. Hi, Thanks for the two committee members answers, if I cant get the "Pukka" foam backed stuff, I may have to compromise with a grey leatherette. But I want it to look near the original as possible.. I know they are all different, but there does seem to be a theme with this Grey foam backed covering. The question is, do any of you out there who have built a RH have any material left over, I just need enough to cover my dash board, if so, please name your price.... Many thanks in anticipation: Roger
  11. Hi, Does anyone know where you can get your hands on some of the grey (foam backed I think? ) material that covers the dashboard and interior trim?? Cheers
