Thanks, So i have it currently set up like the image below that i believe is the same as one of the diagrams. The real question is will it be fine set up like this or do i need an expansion tank added? if so then where? T off the Red hose or Inline/T off the Yellow?

Hi All, I have recently stripped out my old radiator and pipework to change it for something that fits better. The new red is mounted and the pump and thermostat replaced. Now I need to sort the pipework! does anyone have diagrams of locations in the system for the expansion tank and if its needed. The engine is a 2L pinto.

I want to replace my old radiator and pipework for something that fits a bit better. Does anyone have pics of theirs and suggestions on new radiators that fit nicely as well as do a good job. James

Hi All, I have recently swopped out my old electronic distribution unit that I believe was an old Sierra one for a Bestek one. Everything is working great but now the tachometer does not give a reading. There were a few additional wires that were going into the old plug so I don't know if disconnecting those has caused the issue. Any ideas how to solve this or where to start? Cheers

The carbs were reconditioned and setup to go back on a bike. What Jet size are people using. I have them fitted and they are running. the Fuel pump is from the same bike so the fuel pressure should be good

Hi All, I have a set of reconditioned R1 Carbs that i will be fitting to my 2.0 Pinto. does anyone have any advice or tips on basic setup? I will send it off for professional tuning but would like to get it as close as i can first. Cheers
