  1. In a german youtube you can find a clip with a german seven manufacturer (VM) with colortests Maybe it helps
  2. This week my front damper wrecked and so i´ll make the hole dampers new. For the front i think GAZ 130/90/B12 with 130 lb coils should be right. But what in the rear ??? I don´t want to use the standard position of the kit. I want to use this bracket type. Can someone give me a advice which GAZ Dampers and Coils ?? I made this pics years ago on some other car Think the dampers 140/095b12 are right . . . but the springs not sure. I guess 180 lb could be right ... someone could help ? Regards Gordon --> Thanks for the hint of wrong topic <--
  3. Hello, is there maybe someone who has shortened the a RS Sump and has some drawings? I have some big steel plate under my sump which i want to remove. Would be nice if there are some drawings so i don´t have to check all clearances on the chassis. I´ve got an S7 MK3 by the way ..... Thanks for the help
  4. Hi all, i´m searching for a pair of mached DCOE 40s complete ready to bolt on with manifold. would also be nice if they are jetted for a slightly ported Pinto 2.0 with FR30. Please notice that i live in germany..... ;-)
  5. The JAW Kit can be bought at several shops. I ordered DIRECTLY at canada. www.14point7.com The Bosch wideband i got from www.LM-1.de which was the cheapest way at this time. Seems to got a little more expensive now. I hope Alan will change the firmware in the next weeks so the JAW is able to LOG. http://www.14point7.com/Widebands/JAW_1_041/JAW_1_041.htm Here is the link and the kit is about 42 GBP + the bosch LSU
  6. Thanks, but i have solderd a JAW unit. So i have to learn how to use this and then getting started in some quiet moment. I thought maybe someone is here who gives me some "should work" jets. So i can be a bit quicker. Need my car for everyday use and so the time is short in screwing on it till it have to take me to work. If i have some news i´ll post it here. With a colortune you only can see without driving. So the only thing can be tuned is the idle jets and such things. NOT the main jet and the secondary main jet.

  8. Nice page.... but nowone here with nearly same works on the head and a DGV ??? hmmmm..... so i have to find the way through complete darkness. Never touched jettings bevor. But i never touched a head, too a year ago.
  9. Don´t know what you messure in UK..... sorry. But if this is psi then i think there´s no worry about it. Some guy told me 1 bar is still OK ... This should be a difference from 14.5 psi So check the clearance, maybe you can grinding in the valves to get it better if there is still a problem. All other things can only be visible with head off i think
  10. Hello, I need some help in jetting my DGV 32/36. Here in Germany there aren´t many guys which can fit rejet a DGV and so i need to drive a long distance to find one. Maybe someone here has nearly same setup and tell me some sizes..... Let´s start: Pinto 2.0 EFI Head with little porting work on the sharp edges. -> Pics: http://picasaweb.google.de/spaceace.gordon...055239320297202 http://picasaweb.google.de/spaceace.gordon...055281204174354 http://picasaweb.google.de/spaceace.gordon...054754751114802 moded valves standard size -> Pics:
  11. No one here with parts number fitting ?? Such as GAZ shocks or SPAX.....
  12. The Hockenheim Ring isn´t so far away and maybe I´ll visit some time. I´ll try to go to the nurburgring in August with the Hood, but not to make some race. Then there is the OLDTIMER GRANDPRIX where is a big meeting of seven drivers all manufacturers. Because the meteor.... I live in the crater ;-) You understood right... I wrote "a few days ago" but meant jokingly. It´s a bit longer in the past .... LOL http://www.rieskrater-museum.de/
  13. Hello Darren, it´s not done now.... grrrrrrrr... I have the new Bearings but now there is BankTransfer on the bill with 10 GBP + VAT. But I payed with Creditcard. I phoned again and hope now all is going the right way. I´m from the South Ehringen. It´s about 100km east of Stuttgart. The area is known as "Nördlinger Ries" cause of the meteor crashed there few days ago ;-) GPS 48°52'43.71",10°28'15.14"
  14. So all is done now..... I´ve phoned 2 times to Burton and now they´ve sent me other ones. Not nice: Have to send the old back on my costs and have to pay shipping for the new. Also they wanted 10 GBP + Tax for Banktransfer which wasn´t used. Payed via MasterCard. So i have to phone again....
