    Drawing Software

I use Smart Draw which is really easy to manipulate. You should be able to find it free on line.
  2. I have both front and rear fitted and am very happy with it. It still rolls a fair bit tho. Depends a lot on what spring rates you chose
  3. If it is a Triumph based S7 then you can get a quick replacement rack off the shelf from Rimmer.

    Ignition

I have used Luminition for many years with no problems. Cheap and simple for a road car. If your engine is more highly tuned and you feel the need for a customised advance curve then Megajolt is worth looking at. Lots of maps available without the need to develop your own from a rolling road.
  5. I usually use just hot soapy water, no waxes or polishes. Once in a while to get the baked on road grime off I use Tcut. This brings back the soft sheen of the stainless.

    S7 Suspension

It was a long time ago but as I remember mine came with new front dampers with eyelet fixings top and bottom but I don't remember what, if any, spring. I think the RH suggestion was to carry the Dolomite spring over. I measured the c/o spring rate to be around 220 lbs/in. I then looked at the different front end weights (calculated as I was using a ford kent engine, not Dolomite) and came up with what I thought might be a more suitable spring rate. I had some 2 1/4" ID springs made in different rates, settling eventually on 180 lbs/in. I had to turn up top and bottom ali spring seats which sit on the damper. I also made some ali slide in spacers for adjusting the ride height till I got it to where I wanted. I have the c/o front stab bar fitted. This gives a soft ride with little roll. Hope this helps.
  7. I need to have a new tonneau cover custom made for my S7. Last one I got was from Bensons (or similar) in Leigh but I think they are gone now. Would welcome any suggestions. Thanks.

  9. My Triumph based S7 is 3.63 long including the spare wheel mounted on the back. 1.59 wide and 1.02 tall. Hope this fits.
  10. I have an Triumph based S7 which I built using a Ford crossflow engine and type 9 trans. Just needed to make up some engine mounts which sit on the chassis rails, pretty straight forward. Positioning the engine was the tricky bit.
