i had throught of that but they are chrome, can they still be painted?? if so will give it a go.

i am after either some new headlights 5" or 7" or headlight casings (7") as mine are looking a bit tatty though i would try on here first to see if anyone want to clear their garage before i go and buy some else where. not fussed if black or chrome just want to tart her up a bit.

I have looked everywhere and can find any or no one seems to know what i am talking about. does anyone know where i can get the above or have a part number???

hi all, probably a long shot, my red nose cone has some black streeks that have come through and not being any good a paintwork was looking to replace it. just wondering if for some strange or normal reason anyone has a spare red one kicking about in good nick that they would like to part with. i know i can buy one from gbs but trying to save some dough. alternativly if anyone is local that could respray my old one cheaply let me know! regards keith

Hi all, I have removed one side of my Sliding pillar suspention and in doing so notice a few parts that need replacing, As i stipped it down i suddently thought to myself i have got to put this back together. Has anyone got a diagram of how the sliding pillars peice together?? when i remove the other side i plan to document where everything goes but thought i could save some time if this has been done before. regards keith

i had fun changing mine the studs were in solid, got them out eventually but got carried away and striped the suspention while i was there. good job realy as there are a few bit that need replacing and could have caused problems!

Hi, decided to take my sliding pillars to bits as i did'nt build the car and wanted to check the condition of them before it goes back on the road in april. Upon inspection i believe i require 2 new bottom rubber bits as they are very worn ( Exscuse the non mechanical term) and two new bearing things that the suspention pillar sits on as mine are cracked. Does anyone know where i can get hold of the above or recomment anything else that i should considder replacing at the same time (other than the sliding pillar suspention that is). i will try and take pics and upload but im sure some of you will know what i mean many thanks keith (only intended to fit longer wheel studs, got carried away oops)

i have one and works well, struggling to get the fuel guage working though as it operates at either 100ohms or 510ohm, can be sorted by putting resistors in parrellel but i think my sender may be busted anyway.

any success yet daz???

hi daz, how did you get on with the new studs, i have the same problem especially as i need bigger spacers reggards keith

quite fancy this, never been before and look great. can some one let me know a few more details i know the dates but not sure how thing work. do we all meet up and go over together or seperatly etc.
