  2. Hi Phil, A good start, may I suggest you don't include prices if/when it changes then you have to amend the video. Maybe a quote for latest price visit the Rhocar website. Increase hits on web site and in the right place to join.

    Wheels

I went for a bit of black and silver, with hub caps to hide the wheel nuts. 4 nuts with 5 spokes don't look right in my opinion.

    Rear Fog Light

Yes Bullfist is correct sorry for the mistake these virtual keyboards on tablet are not prefect or is it human error?

    Rear Fog Light

Well spotted i did fit two separate ends on the second attempt - feed from main and feed from dip lights to switch. I was distracted with my son in the garage. He loves playing with electrics, drills, hammers and anything that could cause damage. A great help when required, other times ASBO, he can't wait until it is ready.
  8. It's possible if you can spare the time and you have no obligations/commitments to others. I have made two mistakes, OK two big mistakes lots of small ones. Bought a car with out a test drive or seeing it and seriously under estimated the time. I tried to juggle a MSc, being a dad and husband, foster carer and I was promoted in work not ideal. Third year, still enjoying the build, Rhocar and kit car shows. All the best

    Rear Fog Light

Hi I used 1N54021 diodes from Maplins up to 100v/3amps 49p each. I chose this option because my wiring loom was already covered and this mod could be done under the dash. Regards Mark

    Rear Fog Light

Hi, I used the old sierra loom and decided rather than add a relay I took a feed via diodes directly from the dip and headlight power. This fed the fog light switch directly. I followed the instructions on here somewhere, quick and easy.
  11. Here's my version I made today, still needs some more work but you can get the idea. Got thick yellow plastic(to match fibreglass) from ebay, hinges from car booty and steel left over from another job. Made a cardboard template to shape the plastic, easy to work with. What do you think?
  12. Ricjy, Got it, wife still doesn't understand why she can't spend kit car fund on shoes any words of wisdom?
  13. I used GBS fibreglass dashboard with ETB gauges clean looks and easy to work with.

    Iva Pass

Great news, well done early next year for me
  19. Once my car passes IVA I am going to buy a set from CBS http://www.cbsonline.co.uk/product/All_In_One_Headlamp_All_Chrome_ALLIN13 a winter project that can wait. Personal opinion I think they are perfect.
  20. Good site Ian, Thank you.
  21. Hi, I used ETB dials and GBS dash easy to work with and I am happy with the results.
  22. Hi Daz, So far the exhaust was the second most expensive part of the kit, the actual kit coming first. I will PM the total cost, on a positive note he did give me to invoices, one for the wife and one for my records! You are welcome to see it in the flesh, before deciding, had the engine running last week sounds awesome with twin 40s.
