  1. Use 1 mm and bead/dimpe die in places to allow stiffness. Plus it looks good. I always think rolled edges looks better Here is what I did on my tiger

    Brake Lines

    If i understand the problem correctly, you have a female and male connection? and one is leaking even after tightening it? If so can you not use a crush (copper) washer Reinforced flexi lines are nothing to do with IVA. Some people complain of a bit of flex in them. I cannot really say i noticed the difference between the hard line and the flexi lines. I have installed both in different cars

  10. The plenum will not take the boost. You need to beef it up a bit

  12. As above, i acquired this a while back. It is a long term project. But I might have to move with work early next year. So I am clearing out the workshop slowly in anticipation £3000 ono. Chassis and Bodywork. I have all the suspension bits apart from the rear upright ( I have one but it a fabricated one. not too pretty) I have some drawings that a new one can be made from. All the panel rivet holes have been welded back up and flattened on the chassis. I will try and sell until the end of October, If it does not go, I have a slot to have it built to rolling chassis . I have the floor panels laser cut.I have drawings for the most of the remaining panels and can help cut them. I have the pedals and a steering rack for it. I have acquired quite alot of stuff which is available to the buyer by negotiation I have an NG3 transaxle available for sale as well (£600).     News Today.

    Sad sad sad day. But the majority have made a choice.And we have to agree and get to work to build the country.
  19. 1.8 engine, new in 2005 with 22000 mile on it now , made 150bhp with jenveys on but no Jenveys included. It also has arp bottom end and uprated cams, they are hydrolic tappets. £330 collected
  20. I know, everyone has a car on the road and i am crawling on the floor in the shed. Anyways i did a bit more today. A lot of wiring really. Not much to see. ECU and fuse boxes gone in. front headlights and rears routed and terminated. Going to try and finish the Dash wiring tomorrow. I also fitted the side mirrors. Think they look okay. A bit small but they work okay and look smart I also ran the fuel line and the return. More wiring tomorrow, complete clutch lines and start wiring in the engine bay.
  21. We have a new clutch. Ordered a pull hydraulic clutch from the states a while back. Made up a contraption to mount and connect it
